Terms of Use
Effective Date: 4 May 2025
Welcome to Embracing All of You. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including KI (Kiloby Inquiries) Emotional Repression Inquiry mentorship, workshops, Untethered Intensive Program, digital content, and any other offerings provided through our websites inabackbier.com and embracingallofyou.com. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Overview
Embracing All of You offers KI Emotional Repression Inquiry mentorship and coaching, as well as related services, designed to help you reverse emotional repression and significantly enhance your personal growth and well-being. Our approach focuses on a modality called the Kiloby Inquiries, in which I am a certified mentor, facilitator and trainer. The objective is to support you in becoming self-sufficient in Emotional Repression Inquiry, a personal spiritual practice for addressing the hidden emotional patterns that cause suffering.
Although Sabina (in short “Ina”) has a background in Transpersonal Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapy and has been trained as a psychotherapist, Kiloby Inquiries are not therapy. This modality is designed to be a long-term self-practice that fosters emotional freedom and authenticity, without reliance on others or on coping strategies.
These services are intended for educational and self-development purposes only and do not constitute medical or psychological treatment.
2. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you acknowledge and agree to:

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of entering into a service contract. However, by scheduling and attending a session or accessing digital content during this period, you acknowledge that the services begin immediately and expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the services have been fully or partially performed.
If a refund request is made after services have begun but before full delivery (e.g., within a session package or program), a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. In such cases, completed sessions and any mentorship support already delivered will be charged at the standard single-session rate, and an administrative fee may be applied.
