“If I am living bravely, my entire life will become a million deaths and rebirths. My goal is not to remain the same but to live in such a way that each day, year, moment, relationship, conversation, and crisis is the material I use to become a truer, more beautiful version of myself.”

My Journey of Alchemizing Pain into Purpose
Throughout my first career, I have had the privilege to work across many time zones all over the globe. Especially my jobs in senior procurement and project management functions within international organizations developing a new clean and sustainable energy source, aligned with my passion and drive to contribute to “a better life” for all living beings on planet earth.
Working for EFDA (under EURATOM) and ITER International Organization (under the International Atomic Energy Agency) provided me with the opportunity to work with many inspiring and brilliant people. As part of a fantastic team, we implemented contractual agreements with shareholders for a high-risk portfolio of work with a nominal value > 2B€. I loved the stimulating environment and job, building bridges between people and organizations and aligning all players on a common target, across cultures and beyond all individual differences and interests.
Meanwhile … my health kept eroding … a perfect storm about 12 years ago led to my health crashing. A series of violent auto-immune reactions and a miscarriage, followed by a rapidly declining health, were brutal wake-up calls.
This health crisis became the catalyst for my healing and gave birth to a new life and career.
My poor state of health required me to take a radically honest look at my life. I refused to settle for pain management only and had nothing to lose, so I went on a quest with a fierce determination to not leave a single stone unturned. My journey taught me that my body was not getting the nourishment it required to thrive. Also, I realized that some of the same factors that contributed to a successful career also played a significant role in the manifestation of the health crisis and following chronic pain as they were rooted in repression and a dysregulated nervous system.
After crawling out of a dark place and taking my own life and health into my heart, I deeply connected with my purpose to inspire and support others to do the same. With research ingrained in my genes, I dove deep into all healing modalities that greatly impacted my full recovery and obtained lots of additional education that I integrate into my work with clients.
Read more here about the key modalities that inform my work.
I now enjoy a vibrant sense of well-being, and I love supporting clients to step into their sovereignty. I am also the owner of Mindful Creations, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering women with the skills to access and anchor inner resources that increase inner resilience, using play and creativity as powerful catalysts. You can check out our work here: www.youareworthit.ca. I am also a SheEO activator and love volunteering in my community.
Whenever I am not working, I love exploring in nature and going on adventures with the two beautiful boys I gave birth to, and steward throughout their childhood journey. They remind me every day of what it means to be present in every beautiful, loving, painful, challenging, and precious moment in life.
